Row 3: BPdc around second dc, dc in next dc, [ BPdc, dc ] 9 times, BPdc, dc in turning ch, ch 3, turn.
Row 4: Rep Row 2
Row 5: Rep Row 3
Row 6: Rep Row 2
Sew short sides together. Weave in loose ends.
